Block 2

Leash Walking/Heeling - Dog maintains a loose leash for 30 seconds.

Training Concepts - Handler uses only one cue to request behavior from dog.

Sit/Down - Dog sits/downs for 10 seconds while handler moves 3 feet away.

Pre-Recall - Handler can move the dog short distances (less than 5 feet) by his collar.

Strangers - The dog willingly allows the Instructor to touch his collar.

Trainer Skills - Handler uses at least 3 different Positive Reinforcements and has eliminated punishers in class.

Proprioception - Dog learns how to navigate over 2-inch jump bumps.

Tricks - Dog knows 1 trick.
