Block 5Leash Walking/Heeling - Using less than 25 rewards, Dog walks on loose leash for 2 minutes with significant distractions. Training Concepts - Handler understands about using a Bridge. Sit/Down - Dog sits/downs for one minute while Handler moves 15 feet away. Sit/Down (out of sight) - Dog sits/downs for 5 seconds while Handler is out of sight. Recall - Dog reliably runs 10 feet to Handler when called. Strangers - Dog remains calm while a stranger pets him. Target - Dog moves 6-inches to target object. Trainer Skills - Handler successfully demonstrates the understanding and application of desensitization. Proprioception - Dog can sit/down on table.
