Sunny Acres Pet Resort has a big heart. We frequently donate to charities. We offer a special perks to rescue groups and our specially-trained staff provides a consistent, loving environment to dogs awaiting adoption. Our staff actively volunteers in rescue and animal welfare.

We support local events which allow us to get out in the community and meet our neighbors. Look for us at events such as C.A.R.E Woofapalooza, Durham APS Walk for the Animals, Durham Dog Park Woofstock, and Orange County APS events.

We also offer our facility to Rescue groups for adoptathons and reunions free of charge.
